You may return your purchase for any reason, excluding sale items, subject to adherence to these terms.
Returns are accepted on goods within 14 days from the date of purchase. Items received outside this period will not be accepted.
We do not currently accept exchanges. We recommend returning your order and placing another purchase to exchange your goods.
Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place. Every garment shipped has a tag attached reading “Once this tag is removed, this garment cannot be returned”. Once this tag has been removed, the garment is no longer returnable. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within our returns timeframe.
If you would like to return your purchase for any reason, please follow the returns procedure below.
- Email us at email@example.com to obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RA Number), quoting your order number. You must notify us of the reason for the return.
- All deliveries come with a Returns Form. This must be completed and sent to us with your return.
- When returning goods, please enclose:
- The completed Online Store Returns Form, including your RA number
- Your receipt
- Your goods for return, including packaging
- Please return your goods.

Please note items received outside of the specified returns period will not be accepted. We recommend you use a service which tracks your postage.
Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will either receive your refund on the cost at purchase price (excluding original shipping cost), directly to the credit card or PayPal account used for purchase. We endeavour to process refunds as soon as they are received but please allow 5-10 working days for returns to be processed. You will receive email notification of the status of your refund once processed.
We do not refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items. Your own return postage costs are not refundable.
The Pursuit is not liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.
For all swimwear, customers must try on items wearing undergarments. If returned, the protective hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered, or the item otherwise shows signs of wear.
Please try on shoes on soft surfaces before they are worn generally. We will not accept footwear returned with sole markings or scratches. The box must be returned with the shoes.
